Robert Crispin on Crime Stories with Nancy Grace: Murdaugh Murders: Defense Claims Two Shooters

BOCA RATON (CBS12) — Valentine’s Day: a sweet time for florists, chocolate makers, card sellers, restaurants and private investigators?

The most romantic day of the year is usually spent with a loved one enjoying flowers and chocolate. For private investigator Robert Crispin, Valentine’s is a day of chasing cheaters for profit.

“Valentine’s Day for our company is double and triple in business,” said Crispin.

With Valentine’s Day falling on a Sunday, Crispin says infidelity has been in the air.

“It’s the love weekend. It’s the weekend if you are going to catch your spouse cheating or boyfriend or girlfriend its’ going to be this weekend,” said Crispin.

To keep up with the work load, he’s hired additional investigators that are using the latest technology to catch cheaters in the act.

“We have undercover cameras. We have undercover key chains that I can set up on a bar or out in the open,” said Crispin. “I don’t have to be looking at the suspect and it’s recording HD quality. It just catches you.”

Crispin offers his best advice on what to look for if anyone suspects their partner is cheating
